I rarely write on forums (I prefer to read and laugh at some of the comments - some of you guys are hilarious), but I had to make an exception for Steve at XenonDepot.

A few months back, I sold my G35 for an GX470. I love that car, but with a baby on the way, a great dane, and a boxer, it just wasn't going to cut it. Long story short, I was horrified by the headlights, so I began reading and decided to go with an H11 set from Steve.

My experience was fantastic! I wanted the kit before this weekend, so I sent Steve an email last Sunday night to see if that was possible (I had not ordered anything yet). Then, on Monday, the craziest thing happened...he actually called me to get the details so he could make sure the kit got to me in time. The lights are now installed (less than a week later) and I have a big fat smile on my face.

I am in sales, so a lot of what I do is centered around customer service. I know how difficult it is to maintain a high level of service the way Steve has for years (I think he has been getting rave reviews since 2004 on this site). In a world where it is so easy to hit "Reply" in your email and type away, he went old school on me and picked up a phone. Thank you very much Steve.

As for the new HID setup...well, they look exactly like those on my G35...which is awesome! I was going to do a step by step with pictures like Tony did way back when, but I didn't want to get blood on the camera - I was clumsy as hell and dropped the battery on my fingers. Why the heck does the Lexus battery not have a handle!? Haha.

There are 3 main differences between the Xtreme and Volt HID Kit:

There are 3 main differences between the 2 kits:

1) The Xtreme HID kit will come with a relay harness that will power the
ballasts directly from the battery whereas the Volt HID kit relies on the OEM headlight wiring to power the ballasts. The Xtreme harness will ensure that
the ballasts always receive a constant 12V as power is being drawn directly
from the battery.

2) The Xtreme ballasts will be superior to the Volt ballasts as they use a German processing chip that allows the ballasts to monitor the bulb power requirements on a real time basis. This will extend both bulb and ballast life.

3) The Xtreme kit comes with a 3 year warranty whereas the Volt kit comes
with a 2 year warranty.

Hi,

Installing our HID kit will literally be plug play. You will not need to modify your vehicle in any way at all. We have some very detailed Honda Crosstour HID Upgrade pictures on our website.

STOCK HEADLIGHT BEAM PATTERN:

4300k HID Kit installed (with Philips bulbs):

The Honda Crosstour uses an H11 bulb for the low beams meaning that you would need to order the H11 fitment when ordering an HID kit.

Hi,

The crosstour uses a 7440 bulb for the reverse lights meaning that you would need to get 7440 LED bulbs. The Putco Nova LED Bulbs that we carry will be the brightest LED bulbs you can get to upgrade the reverse lights on your vehicle.
