I looked on TireRack.com and the only ones considered a summer tire that I would recommend are the Goodyear Eagle GT's.

The stock tires should be more than adequate though. We don't really have a "winter" here, and the tires have performed outstanding in the rain and on dry pavement. I haven't tested them with the traction control off though lol

I had Toyo's on the Ridgeline, took them off and put Michelin LTX back on. The Michelins were much smoother and quieter.
I like the "all season" Michelin tires on the CT, they worked well in winter on the snow and ice, great on the rain throughout spring and handle fine on the dry pavement of June.
They could be a bit quieter though, I notice a bit of a "hum" from them.
Other than that, I think they are great.
