I just got my Crosstour 3 days ago and love it.

I did notice that sometimes the moonroof and windows all crack about an inch automatically. I find myself hearing a lot of wind noise and see everything opened a crack when I first start to drive.

I don't think it is because I am accidentally activating the auto open function from the key fob when I unlock it. I wonder if it is a Honda thing that is trying to keep the car warm on a hot day?

Anyone else notice this? The manual doesn't seem to say anything so far

First I've heard of that. That is a weird one.

One way I know of the auto open the windows is by the keyfob.

Are the doors unlocking by themselves too, indicating a faulty keyfob?

I've never had that occur. I'd be interested to know if that's a "feature" - definitely would come in handy for summer and at the beach. Were you parked places on really hot days or does it just randomly happen in cooler weather too?

This is not a "feature." If it is, it goes unadvertised on the specifications sectiion of the Honda website and within the pages of the owner's manual. There's a problem somewhere. Either you are accidently holding the "unlock" too long or your key-fob is bad. Try using the second key-fob for awhile to see if the problem continues.

It turns out it may be user error with me being too heavy handed with the unlock key fob. I have been sitting the garage this morning and driving around and haven't noticed is happening again.

Yes it's a Honda feature, both the windows & moon roof will open with the key fob or the key in the drivers door it's the same feature that was on my 08 Accord (but can't close with the key fob) see page 108 in your OM. I use and like it on those hot days.

Yes, it's a feature to be able to manipulate the windows and sunroof with the key fob, but it isn't a feature that the windows and sunroof will open themselves when it's too hot in the car, which is what the OP was referring to.

Sounds like the OP has figured it out, but I was going to suggest that the OP was pressing the unlock button too long without realizing it.

WOW, I guess I should read the Manual, I never new you could do that witht the windows.
