I have discovered the source of one of my rattles on my 2011 Crosstour. Under where the spare time would be there appears to be a protective cover to protect the bottom of the car. Somehow the adjusting bolt or bracket got bent and the cover is loose. If anyone knows the name or part number let me know. Seems simple but I have not found the part yet searching on my own. Thanks for any help.

Hello, first of all, congratulations on your purchase. Second, how could you buy a car without checking it out or even knowing what year and model it is? Third, every car has VIN numbers under the glass and near the door on the counter. You don't have to go to the dealer.
