Any idea how easy the crossfit is to hook up a small boat trailer to? I hit the cottage alot in the summer... well its the inlaws cottage and I prefer not to store the boat there for too long to hauling and a hitch are important to me.

I'm not sure what kind of boat you were hoping to tow, but bear in mind that towing capacity is only 1500 pounds, and the hitch intended for the Crosstour is a Class 1 hitch, so the max tongue load is only about 200 pounds.

16' panga boat for fishing, doesnt weigh a ton but... hmmm. will have to look into this more.

That boat looks to be about 510 pounds. Not sure what the trailer weighs, but it might work out.
