Whew!...I'm glad I made the right choice!<G>
...I left it parked in front of a Starbucks yesterday, when I returned there was a fellow and his wife sitting at a table in front of it....he asked me if I was happy with it? and I replyed "yes, very much"....He mentioned that while it was parked there, numerous groups of people had been circling it and admiring it.....
What I find interesting is that comments left at the online auto sites (such as the one linked above) reflect negatively on the Crosstour because it's ugly, designed poorly, etc., but then I hear of stories about "people crowding around my Crosstour to get a look at it" like you shared Limbery. What a completely opposite take on the Crosstour with regards to online opinions versus "in the field" opinions.

Maybe most people just need to see it in person to appreciate it? I know I didn't... seeing it in person just solidified my already positive impression of the vehicle. So what's the deal? Anyone hazard a guess?

Oh, and for the record... I really hate the comments at the site linked above (and others) like "you must be in bed with (or paid by) Honda if you think the Crosstour is the best option." So let me get this straight... if a review site likes the Honda, then they are corrupt? But if they like the Toyota/Nissan then they must be legit? Hogwash.
It's funny. I did not even notice the blog entries after the article. But it's true, those people who are not Honda fans will complain about it, while those who are, are happy with the result.

In the end, it does not matter because all that's important to me is that I was able to get the car, and in the color combination that I wanted, and I could not be happier.

BTW, it's our 8th Honda in a row. I (we) have owned...
2002 Civic EX
2004 Odyssey EX-RES
2005 Civic EX
2007 Civic EX
2008 CR-V 4WD EX-L Navi
2009 Civic EX-L Navi
2010 CR-V 4WD EX-L Navi
2010 Accord Crosstour 4WD EX-L Navi

Yes, Honda loves me (and my money)!!

Yes I mentioned to the couple that a lot of people either love it or hate it and they were very surprised that anyone wouldn't like it....
Those were some pretty good photos of the CT too. A lot of the pictures just don't do it justice but I thought 20 and 25 showed the stance very nicely.
CT does not seat 5... only 4. Seating 3 in the backseat is an abuse to the person seating in the middle :/
