Sun Visor pocket?

4082 Views 10 Replies 9 Participants Last post by  Limbery
Anyone know what the pocket on the driver side sun visor is for? The passenger visor doesn't have one.

By "pocket" I mean a small fold in the visor fabric forming a pouch on the side opposite of the vanity mirror.

Thanks in advance!

I thought of that, but the pocket seems too small. It's just in the right corner. I felt inside the pocket, and it's actually not lined. Maybe it's just a design? If that's true, its a little weird since it's only on the drivers side.

I'll try to upload a picture after work.
You use it for whatever you want to use it for, such as toll tickets, credit cards, etc. It's similar to the utility trays and compartments in the center console. Honda is just saying, "Here's another handy little storage bin for ya!"
Years ago some carmakers started puting things like that on the visor as a place to put toll road tickets as an easy spot to grab it as you approach a tool booth. But, it's OK to break the rules and put anything you want there.
Thanks, that makes a lot of sense!

I have homelink but can't be bothered messing with my opener to program it to work, so I've just got my old garage door remote on my visor too.
