Yes it occurs while driving. It sounds like the leather steering wheel is rubbing against the steering column housing but there seems to be clearance between the two....
Steering Noise
I have a new CT EX-L and have noticed some minor noises in steering column/steer wheel area. Anyone else with similar noise?
