Should I Keep it or send it back?

Today I just received what was supposed to be the underbody spoiler kit. I paid 320 for it off eBay from Bell Honda. I thought that 320 for the kit was too good to be true. Turns out it was lol. I only received the front underbody spoiler. It looks a lot better than I thought because I thought it was matte gray like the bottom piece of the rear bumper but its actually painted. I now have a better idea of how the entire kit would look on the car.

I emailed Bell Honda to tell them there was a mistake in shipping. The listing said for the front, side, and rear but I only received the front. Maybe they'll send the rest of the kit or maybe they'll offer me a refund, we'll see lol.

Now the question is... Is 320 a good price for just the front underbody spoiler? Should I harass them to send the entire kit because that's what the listing said. Maybe they can offer me a big discount on the rest of the kit since it was an error on their part. I'll let you guys know what happens...

I do like the front spoiler but if i do decide to keep it I will have to either paint it black or possibly vinyl it.

(P.S. I wanted to receive the item before posting the listing here just in case this very thing happened lol)

Did the wording actually say kit?

I found this listing which gives the part number for just the front spoiler.

The item for sale is an OEM Under Body Spoiler for a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour.

Yea you're right and that's exactly what they said. They never said kit. I thought it only came as a kit I didn't know it was sold in separate pieces. when I saw available for the front, side, and rear I thought it was saying what was included. I also didnt see a listing from them for the other parts of the kit. They didn't specify whether it was the front, rear, or side spoilers in words but the part number would show me that it is just the front spoiler. I'm not really mad cause it looks awesome and it gonna make a huge difference to the front of the car. But it doesn't hurt to dream lol.

It should have been listed better. I sell online and i am very care about my wording to make sure that there isn't any confusion as to what i am selling.
Agreed - I've been on eBay since 1999 and that's a textbook misleading item listing. You should complain to the dealership (plus eBay if they are uncooperative) and see if they will cut you a deal on the other pieces. Personally, if someone lists a part number, I always look it up before bidding.
I would send it back and order what you really wanted. The above posts are correct about ebay and the way some sellers word things. Of coures a bad feed is not allowed on ebay anymore.
if somebody lists a part number then that is detailed description of what you will recieve. I've been selling on ebay since 2000, without issue. I only include pictures of the exact item you will recieve and try my best to take all pictures on a white background to ensure there is no confusion.

The seller updated the description this morning. At the time of the aution is was listed as a honda under body spoiler. It did not have and still does not have an image of just the front spoiler.

The part number was listed....But the descition should have been more clear in my opinion.

I understand the part about the part number. That was all on me, I should have double checked in a parts catalog to ensure that it was what I was looking for. But the description was basically copy and paste from the Honda website. What further added to my confusion was the fact that Honda didn't offer the front, side, and rear separately in "Build Your Honda" like when you build the other cars. In the end, I'm going to keep it cause it makes the front of the car look more aggressive but I'll probably have it painted black to match the car. I might just buy the rear bumper spoiler and paint it black too. 320 isn't bad for that piece considering its 450 after taxes at the dealership with no installation. He apologized and offered me the rest of the kit or 650 bucks and said that was the best he could do.
