I’ve had difficulty confirming part numbers as well because of AWD versus 2wd.

Honda no longer makes the rear strut assembly for the 2010 Crosstour EX-L AWD. My mechanic will rebuild my struts (replace the shock and bushings) but it's $750. I have a spring compressor but I'm no longer able to do that my self. Honda price for the shock is almost $200 ea. so I guess his price is reasonable. Cheap after market struts are available from companies I've never heard of and I don't trust them.
Original owner - Metallic Blue color 102,000 miles, black leather interior, no nav. Recently had timing belt, water pump, and plugs replaced. Replaced a valve sensor at 75,000 miles otherwise only routine maintenance.

2010 through 2015 have the same part pages on hondapartsnow so im guessing theyre the same parts. if just the struts are worrying you then they do sell those and theyre the same for each side
but yes the complete assembly is discontinued, probably because this car has been out of production for 8 years

As you already know, the rear coilover is discontinued. My understanding is that Honda does not list the rear shock absorber for the 2nd Gen CT as compatible with the 1st Gen CT.

RockAuto does offer a coilover replacement from a company called FCS. I know nothing about them but in all of my dealings with RockAuto, I've been more than satisfied on the CT, S2000 and our Accord. Give them a call and ask about the FCS option.

I have a 2012 V6 AWD. Yes the rear strut assemblies have been discontinued by Honda, but all the individual components are still available. I was able to find a complete left side rear assembly and I purchased all the parts for the right side new from Honda.

The reviews I read on the FCS struts said they are not good in cold weather.
