Potential first time CT buyer

Hey all, recently lost my CR-V so in the market for another Honda. Have my eye on 2010 Crosstour EX-L 4WD with about 130K miles. The CarFax shows it's had regular maintenance but was in an accident in 2018 (report says minor damage). Dealer is selling to me about 10,700 out the door (Tax&Fees included) which I'm planning on paying in full

Does this seem like a good deal? What kind of issues can I expect with this year model and it's current mileage?
