I bought my wife a pretty Polished Metallic EX-L with navigation on March 27th. I had never heard of the car and was really pushing to get her an Audi A4. We were going to look at another dealership and ended up pulling on the Honda lot, and saw a Crosstour as we were turning around to leave. Needless to say, after driving it and loving all the features that will be super convenient with our new baby on the way, we left with one that night while ours was waiting to be delivered 3 days later.
We have about 800mi on it now, and I've already seen consistent 30.5mpg on the highway. It was low when we first started driving it, but it's become progressively better as it breaks in.
So far, the only thing I've done to it is add the door handle pockets and we had the windshield, sunroof and front windows tinted with an extremely light tint to provide the UV protection. In louisiana during the day, the sun coming through a sunroof is unbearably hot, but with that light layer of tint, it's completely comfortable and still has a great open air feeling. Rear seat covers, and the illumination package are next, but only after I figure out how to add some light to the rear hatch area. I can't believe Honda missed that, just such a simple thing to completely leave out, so if we're taking something out of the back at night and we're not in the garage, we can barely see anything in there.
