Hi..., I have Crosstour 2011 model, and I noticed 2 days ago that some of oil tropes on floor / parking area. Finally I find out slightly oil leaking from top of engine gasket, but small gasket (I don't know what calling that part, as attached), Is it common issue?

You are very welcome. I just went through this problem myself, which is why I knew exactly what was happening with your CT. I was able to get this part replaced free just this past June because I bought my 2012 CT EXL last fall and got a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty from the dealer I bought it from.

Replace the part immediately because this oil is dripping into the alternator and you might end up replacing it as well.

Does anyone know if the 15810-R70-A04 part (Valve Assembly, Spool Front) comes with new bolts, new metal plate, and new gasket?

Get it done quick. It will make your alternator fail ! Know from experience!

I just replaced the gasket and it works fine. The new gasket cost me $40.

Where did you purchase the replacement gaskets from?

Why does the service bulletin only show one gasket but you've shown two here and they are sold as a set on eBay?
