Welcome to the forum, love the color but I love my silver more. As for a headunit with carplay, there is a guide on youtube that is pretty good and goes through everything required to set it up although that is on a car without navigation so it might be a little bit different.
More about your car though, obviously it's loaded already but is there anything you want to do to it? I would recommend new headlights to get rid of the hazed look, it definitely changed mine for the WAY better, and maybe all the little pieces that make it really complete. I see in the trunk picture you're missing one of the caps for the bumper bolts, you can find them for around 11$ a piece on any one of the parts distributors or a nearby dealer. You do have a couple of the factory accessories too, the door visors and the splash guards, very nice, there is also the sunroof visor which I have found to be extremely worth it, with some mixing and matching of crosstour and accord coupe parts. I have weathertech liners in my car and they're great, saved the carpets from a lot of mishaps, theyre very easy to clean and they blend in like factory.
part number for the cap for you.
If and when I decide to go to an aftermarket head unit I will most likely be following this guide a few times over, wiring isnt my specialty but I have the tools for it.
