I bought mine on Jan. 26. EX-L 4WD, love it so far!!!

Low beam headlights for Canadian models

Does your Crosstour have the projector-style low beam headlights? You can't see the bulb when you try to look into the lense. The lense is very dull (foggy). The high beam has the regular lense and you can see the bulb.

i will be swapping out the halogens for xenons as soon as i get the time and can find the correct size.

I purchased my Crosstour two weeks ago, just put 800 miles on this week. Was a very good ride. I was taking it easy for the break-in period (@500mi) not going over 3,000 RPM's and not doing any hard acceleration.

There are some things I'd like to add to my fully loaded 4WD w/ Navi. Crosstour including Adding HID lights, I'm just waiting for the kit to arrive. I would also like to change out the fog light bulbs with LED bulbs....In my opinion the Fog lights don't add much as they throw light out to the sides more than out onto the road. I'd also like to swap out my tail/break lights with LED bulbs. This car should have LED lights and HID like the Acura's.

One other thing, MY MPG for the trip average was 27.6MPG which is very good. My 09 Venza 3.5 AWD only got @22MPG for the same trip.

Share the info for LED kit. I was considering to upgrade DRL and all lights to HID, but no clue which one is the best to buy. :D

also, since you also have Venza, which one do you like better? :rolleyes:

I hope to have the HID kit to install this weekend. I'll take pics and post for all.

On which I like better....CT or Venza..they both have pros and are different experiences. I think the Venza has more low end pep...seems like the CT does not accelerate until you get above 4,000RPM then it moves. This may be due to the Venza's 6-speed auto. The Venza can also do the manual up/down shift with a tap to the stick and that was helpful during heavy snow driving and using it to engine brake on slick roads. I guess I will need some more time/miles before I can tell you which is better. :)
