Is the brightness turned all the way up? Is it only when the HIDs are on? Turn the dial under the instrument cluster clockwise just to make sure

The dash will dim when the headlights are turned on (this is normal behavior). To change the brightness level of the dash, turn the trip meter knob (the one you push to reset the trip meter) clockwise to brighten, and counter-clockwise to dim.

You know how long it took me to find that out on the '06 Sedan:rolleyes:

I know, I know......I finally read the O/M and VOILA! there it was: hiding in the trip reset...:rolleyes:

Moral of the story= send the O/M back for a refund -- and come on here for some fun and chat.:D:D:D:D

Don't mind me K3 -- I'm feeling a little 'flighty' this morning. It was a long, exciting but productive weekend. :)

Glad to hlep.

I know what you mean, but look at it this way: when you discover something your car can do even after owning it for a while, it's almost like a bonus! Something new to mess with!
