Damn that's pretty good. I'm at 101k rn wishing I could have found a 30k-50k mile one but it looks like this should last a long timeI got 334k and just now about to sell this 2010 red with hitch. Been a wonderful experience
Pretty good, I hope my 2015 will last that long. I just bought it with 101k miles because all of the 50-60k mile ones were 4cyl or the one that was the spec I wanted was blue/tan. My 2012 Accord is at 182k miles I believe mostly highway but it has also had a list of parts replaced, I think maybe more than your CT but I'm not sure.My 306k Crosstour was driven mostly highway miles. Under the hood… New radiator, ac condenser, alternator (at 250k), both Vtec solenoid assemblies replaced, both cats (VCM disabled since 200k), new fuel injectors (and pump), brake master cylinder (at 160k), throttle body(at 280k), new valve covers, PCV valve, EGR valve, 6 new coils, AND yes, 3 timing belt water pump jobs (Aisin TKH-002), with the most recent with oil pump and pan reseal job. Front crankshaft and both cam seals, both thrust cover gaskets replaced. I do need a rear seal job, hope to tackle that some day but the Transmission has been flawless for 205k miles on Valvoline MaxLife ATF.
🤠👍
When you changed the rear Cat. Was she throwing a code. I have P0420 Bank 1. Had the front one changed about 2 yrs ago. And are you happy with the ATF and not Honda fluid? My 306k Crosstour was driven mostly highway miles. VCM Tuner II protects the cats from failing if you don't already have one. When you changed the rear Cat. Was she throwing a code. I have P0420 Bank 1. Had the front one changed about 2 yrs ago. And are you happy with the ATF and not Honda fluid?
Yes, started having emission codes. At the time, I knew nothing about VCM disabling. My CT was having the oil consumption issue. After replacing cats among other things around the same time, the emission codes stayed off a while, but soon returned. I did a lot of forum search for solutions, ultimately finding out about VCM disabling on Piloteers.org . S-VCM is the biggest reason why my CT is still running. About 5k miles after installing VCM disabling device, the emission codes went off and have not returned again. When you changed the rear Cat. Was she throwing a code. I have P0420 Bank 1. Not the highest mileage yet at 185,000 but bought my 2011 EXL AWD April 2021 at 98k so I am racking them up and the car has been great. Stay up on regular maintenance oh and I disabled the VCM right away.Who's got the highest mileage on here? Would love to see
That's a lot for only a yearNot the highest mileage yet at 185,000 but bought my 2011 EXL AWD April 2021 at 98k so I am racking them up and the car has been great. Stay up on regular maintenance oh and I disabled the VCM right away.
These cars are absolutely worth the money but it's at the point where they're getting harder and harder to get So anything below 100,000 mi will continue to go up in price. I'm pretty sure I know which vehicle you're talking about it's about 50,000 miles of blue with white interior Crosstour I think it's a 2014 and it's like 24 grand. That one's a little bit overpriced compared to other current prices but it was an EXL V6, I forget if it had navigation or not. If it's just an extra vehicle and you already have a bunch of vehicles you might want to go for the cheaper one. I just bought a 2015 top trim with 100,000 mi for 18 grand before tax so if that one is also a V6 with leather then It's definitely worth the $16,000. Mine is a 2015 black on black EXL V6 four-wheel drive with navigation one owner and a good dealer maintained history. It just has normal scratches on the outside on Minor hallmarks on the roof and hood but I guess that's what I have to live with to get The trim I wantedI hope u guys might check this - i posted also in general but you might be the best group to ask. - love CT - had 2012 traded it in regret now choice
2015 102k miles about 16k or 2014 36k miles at 22k.
What would u do in this situation? Is the 6k worth It. 22k for a car this old is killing me but i have owned a classic car but i didn’t pay this much for it at the time. So still killing me
this is for a second car that my hub is sort of keeps reminding me that we don’t need. we financially can afford either and i will pay cash. He just keeps saying added insurance up keep etc etc for the couple times we may want a smoother ride then our tundra for on the road and when i am solo and don’t want to Uber Blah blah -
201

I saw that blue one too - too crazy this is a new one 35k miles red - right now we only have 1 car and my hub thinks thats enough. We are both equal breadwinners and he agrees i can buy what i would like but just brings up pragmatics. So to you is the $6k dollars worth the 70k less miles? Or when we get this old does it matter? These cars are absolutely worth the money but it's at the point where they're getting harder and harder to get So anything below 100,000 mi will continue to go up in price. Cars are not old. $6,000 for 70,000 less miles if you can get it with $35,000 mi then yes that's worth it. That blue one that I spoke about has been sitting for a while so I'm sure they're desperate to sell it. I'm on after all the cross towards that are available for sale online and I have seen two 35,000 mi red ones but both of them are sold so make sure that the ones you're looking at is still available. Is it a V6 or is it an EX four cylinder? ps what part country are u in - we are in show low as - Mtn area snow Arizona. The cheaper car is in AZ the other car is in Ohio so would have to ship it that is why cost is also a little higher too factoring that in padding 1k and where i get a feel on the dealers - one seems desparate the Ariz one and the Ohio one seems like well we just got it so who cares

Thank you great info on tires (i am shopping). I realize now how much i like the 2012 body style - i had before my 2014. it looks way bigger or something for fun i am going to look up the cubic feet. question on the fluid changes - have you had the big fluid changes (60k /100k) yet? i have gotten quoted some big numbers just wanted to see if you had same experience since you brought up you had done. my 2014 has low miles and hasnt had done yet but needs due to age not miles budgeting now. thanks for infoHi everyone, first time posting, though a very long-time reader. My 2012 EX-L V6 4WD has a whopping 77K on it, lol. Havent really had to do anything other than the usual fluid changes. Just finished an LED upgrade inside and outside, but thats about it. Put some Cooper Discoverer Enduramax tires on it (great in the snow and ice). Car still runs like a top. Paint is disintegrating is various spots, nice to know Honda still has THE worst paint in the industry. My 1996 Mazda trucks paint is in better shape, and its spent its entire life outside, and used as a working truck in crappy conditions.
