I have the EX-L without Navi. I love the HFL but I have one small problem. It works great on outgoing calls but not on incoming calls. When I have an incoming call the HFL picks up but the audio does not switch over. I have to pick up the phone to talk and listen. Any ideas?

Check the phone for an "autotransfer" or similarly-named option. The "transfer" operation is what switches the call from the phone to the HFL. If nothing on the phone, check the HFL settings as well.
