Are the yellow lights, in the combo meter/ instrument panel, staying on all the time?

Yes the are

I'm sure you tried cycling the switches on/off? Check the fuse. Was it blown?

Same issue in ours. Intermittent as the failure comes and goes. Definitely not a fuse type issue. Cycle of switching does nothing either

Are your VSA and ABS lights on? If so, it could be your VSA modulator, the brake pressure sensor in there is used for LDW and FCW.

Why would that be used? I thought the car couldn't stop for you I thought it just beeped at you?

Any other lights flashing? This happened to me with my 2013 EX-L. FCW and LDW failure lights would scroll with the “D” drive transmission light flashing, turns out the transmission solenoid assembly was bad
