Yup, the short ram intakes for the 08+ Accord V6 seems to work on the CT's, not the true cold air units though, due to the bumper differences. Takeda (AFE), AEM, and K&N all make one. I recommend the Takeda because AFE's filters have been the best I've ever worked with and I'd like to believe they use the same filters in their import line.

I've been talking to some people about more product development though. Hondata and AEM won't do any integration on the v6 autos, so the CT won't be seeing any good programming any time soon, unless a "domestic" company tries playing with the Honda software.

I'd go with the takeda, just because the filter is an AFE product, which I have found to be far superior to the K&N. The K&N filters seem to be over-oiled from the factory and when the oil gets sucked through, it coats the MAF and causes check engine lights. All that's needed to do to fix it is to remove the MAF and clean it, but I'd like to just do something once and be done with it.

Due to the nature of short ram intakes, I highly doubt the $200+ for the kit will yeild any greater results than a simple drop-in filter.

If I can do it, I'm gonna try to get some dyno time, but that's gonna be a lot tougher than test fitting an intake.

I've had faaaar too many cars for someone my age, and EVERY one of them has been heavily modified from day one of ownership. I usually have parts being delivered the day I take delivery of the car/truck lol.

The CT is our "family" car, so it won't be seeing too much in the ways of modification. Tinting the windshield was about as wild as we're gonna get lol

The best tip I can give is to stay away from EBay mods and "chips" that give you 15hp, or "tornado" fuel savers, or throttle body spaceers. Those are the biggest scamsthatpeople buy.

Wow, I've never seen the Fuel Doctor, that's hilarious lol

I'm suprised ZMax wasn't on the list. They've supposedly been under investigation by the feds for quite some time.

I wasn't thinking about the holiday, and I'm going to be building some shelves and installing some crown molding in the nursery tomorrow, so I doubt I'll get to test fit anything.

One good thing though, I've found a guy that will help me make custom intakes for the CT, and he's really eager to get rolling.
