Anyone know where the dust/pollen filter is located and how to remove it for cleaning? I have a 2012 CT EX and can't find any information on this in the car's documentation.

Just as heads up, the OEM cabin air filter for a Crosstour or 2008+ Accord retails only at $20.82 ( http://estore.honda.com/honda/customer-home.asp ). It should only take about 12/18 minutes to replace. Some dealer can charge up to $100 to replace it and some dealers will also install an alternative part... not from the factory... It is easy to spot on the invoice, the part number should be exactly 80292-SWA-A01 or 80292-SDA-A01.

Just replaced my cabin filter on my 1 year old Crosstour with a Fram "FreshBreeze" Carbon and Baking Soda filter. Cost was about $15, took less than a minute to replace. When inserting the new filter into the carrier be sure the filter folds seals into the ends of the carrier to assure an airtight installation.

Filter was a little dirty after a trip to West Texas and driving through some sever Dust Storms. I have about 8,000 miles on the car so far.

Turns out my 2003 Accord uses the same filter, replaced it also!

Anybody heard of the K&N Washable Cabin Air Filters? About $40.00 http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?prod=VF2001. They say would should clean it at the same time the symbol 2 shows up. The cleaning kit is good for a few clean up and cost about $13.

I have one on order, can't wait to test that out!
