Hi all, I'm new I just got the 2013 Honda crosstour EXL and the black door lock button on the handle is not working, any suggestion?

It may be a door lock switch issue (p/n 35400-S5A-013).

Might be worth throwing ~$10 or so at to see if it resolves your issue.
