Does anyone know if I can dial an extension number using the hands-free in the CT once the phone conection has been made? If I have to grab the phone to dial the extension it defeats the purpose of the hands-free and is also illegal in Ontario.

I found it in the owner's manual (go figure!!!). during the call, press the hands free call button and use the comand "SEND" followed by the wanted number. I actually havn't tried it but it was explained pretty straight forward in the owner's manual.
