Overall it gets a thumbs up! Very, very creative I would've never thought of mixing 2 different kits. They compliment each other really well. The dealer had the wood kit already installed on mines but I probably would've done a better job. I cant really tell from the pics but is the silver brushed aluminum or the silver trim you find the coupe?

P.S. I cannot stress how cool those chrome pillars look lol. I had them on my 08 accord v6 sedan but they got scratched and I could not clean them properly. How do you keep them scratch free?

Excellent job, Fred.....Love it. Can't wait to get my center stack to finish mine off.
The mix of chrome and wood looks terrific...Had I seen yours b4 getting mine, I may have done similar. Those chrome pillars look awesome. Big thumbs up man.

The silver is called "silver aluminum." It very closely matches the factory stuff on the steering wheel.

The chrome pillars are new this week. I'm sure scratches will appear in time. However, I've coated them with a couple coats of wax. Maybe that will help.

Great job Fred, looks really nice! Was thinking of piano black pillars for my black CT...any leads on where I can find them? Couldn't find anything on Ebay?
Aren't your pillars already black?

Try CARiD.com. They seem to have a lot of everything automotive. I bought the dash kit and the chrome pillars from them. I had some issues with an order, but CARiD and their supplier worked with me to make it right. I'd buy from them again...
