Hey a fellow CT owner just contacted me regarding the sign up process to the forum. He says he can't get the security question to work.

Exact message from him states:
"I just need to know how to make the security question work. It says enter the capitol letters only in the word "XXXXXXX" so I enter only the capitol letters, then it makes me do it again saying that I did it wrong. URG!

"

Is there anything he can do, been trying to sign up for a week with no success. He said he sent an email to the admin but to no avail.
