'bout what I expected and only a few away from the Subi and the Jet.
Not bad at all.

A far cry from what I read today in Motor Trend: Seems they think Honda totally missed the mark with the CT.
For what that's worth.

Yeah, a lot of auto mags and internet reviews totally missed it on the CT. Too much negativity on the vehicle. I don't mind legitimate issues, no car is perfect, but many of the internet reviews were over the top.

I didn't realize the Jetta would be classed with the CT, I figured the Passat wagon maybe. You can't compare Diesel to gas though, of course it has a lower risk of issues just because of that. Although I've talked to a fair number of VW owners and they have all agreed that the cars are a pain in butt the day after the warranty runs out, and everything is overpriced.

If 90% of the car got great reviews, then how did it get a 67/100? When I was in school, anything below a 70 was an F

Well they actually test/review 50 different aspects of vehicles but I just highlighted their top of importance. Fuel mileage did poorly as many do, according to their standards. The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara scored  17 which is lowest and Lexus LS 460L ($65,380 - $110,000) highest at :D 99. Highest LCD TV was 78 and Plasma 81, so their ratings are probably somewhat subjective but main point is that they recommend our CT.
I agree on why do they place CT with Jetta…makes no sense but they do.

Consumer Reports gets it right most of the time IMHO. I/we love this Crosstour:D, rides great, quiet, comfortable, great mileage for weight, stylish, turn heads the right direction, handles like a charm, meets or exceeds the class competition, plenty of room front and back, great safety ratings…some folks ‘nit-pick’ about nothing of substance: squeaks, makes an odd noise, not level, not bright enough, spoiler rub (so slap some paint or film on it and get over it), leans to one side, too hot, too cold, blah, blah, blah…did we pay 100K for this to meet our perfect expectations? This is a great car for me/my wife for the price! Happier with this CT:D than our Mercedes we tossed due to cost on service and such.

I’m ok now.
Consumer Reports best = :D for our CT

They have started showing up everywhere around here too. Anytime I take it somewhere people always ask me what it is and tell me how much they like it. We have 2 clones right around us, and there's a black one at the plant next to mine

Sorry if I missed it somewhere, leek69, but where were these "rating results" published? Was it Consumer Reports?

..And CCT, is there anywhere I can access the Motor Trend article you mention online? My recent Google search did not find the article to which you refer.

Read it in the latest M/Trend mag. If it's not online yet it will be soon.
