Check the overhead console, containing sunroof switch and map lights

As most owners, I like the Crosstour very much. However, I've been ironing out several glitches. The most serious was that the entire overhead console detached from the roof and fell while I was driving. It was more alarming than dangerous...I pulled over and snapped it back into the roof. However, it happened a few more times, always without warning. I took it to the dealership, and they found some small plastic parts that had apparently broken. The model is so new, that they did not yet stock these parts, but they removed them from an unsold model, and installed them onto mine. It seems fine now, but you might wish to check the fittings around yours to make sure that it's firm all the way around. The technician told me it was the second Crosstour he had repaired for this issue.

is yours an ex-l also, i.e. with the extra stuff in the roof console? I'll have to have a look at it when I get home in a few days. I've poked around a little, but haven't noticed anything, and I'm pretty picky.
My driver's seat belt doesn't unlatch easily so I'm going to be taking it in for that

Of course, the passenger seat belt unlatches smoothly.
