Well I picked up an EX-L w/NAV last weekend, when picking the car up, the dealer told me that the car was in perfect condition but the NAV was not working. The NAV scratches any DVD that is inserted in. The car was delivered from another dealer so they did not know of the problem until it arrived.
I have now been waiting over 1 week for Honda to actually ship the replacement DVD drive, hoping it makes it in before the holiday weekend so I can play with all of the features. Right now a lot of features are disabled.

found out it is more of a widespread problem. Luckily mine was one of the 3 that Honda released the part for in this area. Now with the nav everything is working perfectly. Really glad I went with the nav.
