This is what I've done so far but I need to order more tape, I ran out smh... Problem is at the corners and I need to clean up a few spots... Need to figure that out... but looks awesome! A steady hand is crucial to this coming out nice lol...

Kinda spooky. ;)
Thanks guys I have to wait a couple days to get the tape from summit racing on eBay. I need to find a way to join that corner a little cleaner lol....
What kind of tape are you using? Looks great by the way.
Thanks a lot. I've been getting asked all day how I did that to my CT lol. I used Blackout Tape by TrimBrite. I ordered it on eBay 6 bucks for a 20 ft roll and you can buy up to 4 plus 5 bucks shipping. I ordered 3 but I kept making dumb mistakes and I had to order one more.
Nice job Pedro! Looks great! In your mod quest, have your run across any places that sell piano black pillar covers?

regards,
Joel
Wow, that took some time and patience. Looks good.

The black and the chrome pillar covers are available on Ebay....(I bought the chrome ones)
Yea the piano black pillars are available on eBay. I was actually very surprised to see that the blackout tape is an exact match to the stock pillars (Kind of hard to tell). Hopefully the extra roll will be here 2mro so I can clean up what I have left and really take some detailed pics lol...

Thanks a lot! The pics do not do it justice, it really looks stock, which is my favorite thing about it. It looks a lot "sportier" as opposed to the "classiness" added by the chrome. It's all a matter of what look you're going for.
A few more pics of the blackout and the debadge just for kicks lol... I can't believe its taking so long to get my license plates...

looks reallllllyyyy good
Thanks man! This is definitely one of those mods that feel great cause the change is dramatic and it didn't cost much LOL
Pedro,

I have to admit I was doubting the look of "blacked out" at first but your CT is looking good!

Yesterday, I saw a late model Ford Explorer heavily "blacked out." All the windows were tinted, and all the chrome trim was powder coated black. Even the wheels were black. It made me think of you.

lolol thanks... My cars gonna look mysterious
I'm actually looking into the black wheels... Idk if i should paint the stock wheels cause I do like the design...
It's a nice change but even looking at the pictures I coudn't tell what was different at first. because the mod is so subtle. Any warranty issues?

May as well paint the stockers. That way you are assured of no issues with your warranty, the Tire Pressure Sensors, and/or the speedo.
