I live in a Condo so alot of my detailing is done by the detailer. Lack of a proper garage with running water makes it so the serios stuff I leave to the pros. I do pay a premium but the results are worth it to me.

Zainos all the way.

I told my dealer NOT to buff the car in preparation for purchase and it has nary a swirl in it that I can see. I haven't clay barred it, yet, and applied the full Zainos treatment because the paint is so darn smooth, but I have all the stuff from previous cars to do so.

If you can avoid the jack wagons who lay a buffer on your car, that would be best. Good luck to you apartment and condo dwellers. When I lived in an apt that did not allow washing, I used to fill a bucket with preferred soap, drive over to the u-spray-it car wash, feed in a quarter, wet the car, wash and rinse as needed, and then dry.

None of my cars have ever seen an auto car wash or a detailer. I'd rather drive dirty, but that's my choice. No stones thrown, honest.

Alot of positive reviews from those using the spray on, wipe (buff) off, Wet Paint Glaze - no washing needed, on another thread.
