For the past 8 years I have gone to the NASCAR races here in Kansas. At the Kansas Speedway you park on the grass which for the most part is pretty flat with some hills and small ruts. I had the opportunity to drive across a very big open field on Sunday getting to our parking spot so I thought let’s see what this baby can do and down went the gas pedal. I got up to about 35 – 40 and to my pleasant surprise the CT rode quite nice for being on the grassy plains of Kansas. It bounced up and down but it was a nice bounce in that it never hit bottom and the suspension took to the bumps almost effortlessly. I could feel the suspension moving independently over each bump and rut. Inside the cabin was very quiet, except for my Wife asking me what the heck I was doing in a not so quiet voice. Another pleasant surprise from the CT.
