I am the guy who just bought the CT that had the sun visors fall out of the roof, and the passenger seat heater not plugged in correctly. I just brought the car home tonight from having the dealer work on it, and I find another assembly error. !!!!!!!!! I notice that the rear hatch is not straight. The gap between the hatch and the body is 2 - 3 millimeters wider on the driver's side than on the passenger side. It's actually quite visible once you notice it. I can actually see the gas strut throught the gap on the left side. Anyone else have this problem? If you don't know, you might want to check. I think I will check and if necessary, measure all of the door and hood gaps tomorrow to see if they, too are out of spec. I am beginning to think I bought a bad Honda. Shoulda bought that Ford I was looking at.

What's the build date on your car? Some say the early cars had issues that the later cars do not have. I own a late summer built car and have only had one quality issue - a piece of the fake wood trim was improperly fit and needed to be replaced on the dash.(By the way, the fake wood on this Honda is 10 times better looking than that found on the Toyota Venza I compared.) I've seen every level of new car including hand built, $400K+ Rolls Royces with flaws and I've never seen a Mercedes without horrible orange peel in the paint. Very little orange peel, if any, on this Honda! Hope you have a good dealer and get everything properly fixed. I treat them well and they take good care of my cars.

Lemon Laws are pretty specific, and usually require the same issue failing to be resolved after 3 attempts, etc.... not multiple different problems.

I presume the vehicle is still in Warranty... just hound them until they make it right.

Can't agree with "early built", ours is number 557. The only issue we had so far was the air bag replacement and oil consumption? (which is being monitored every 1k miles). Other than that its the best car we,ve ever had. You must have gotten a "Friday assembly". Good luck. Hope your issues get resolved. What number is your car?
