I see this same post every year or so. Let me suggest this. Double check your owners manual, specifically about the remote control. Make sure to read about how pressing the correct buttons can cause all the windows to come down half way.
All 4 windows halfway down
Yesterday my crosstour was in the garage. Doors were locked windows up. Went to get the key fob and when I got there all the windows were halfway down.

I don’t have a fob but a key with the 3 buttons on it… if I hit unlock and then hit it again… holding the button down it will unlock my door and roll down all windows and open the sunroof… it’s nice to have when it’s hot out… can open it up as I walk to the car… I think the fob would have the same capability… just check the user’s guide under locks or fob use… my car is a 2012… if your car is newer it should have same capabilityYesterday my crosstour was in the garage.
