The CT is several changes from being the perfect CUV. 1) Blind spot system, 2) Back-up camera standard on EX-L models, 3) auto lift (remote) hatch, 4) keyless start, 5) toned down grill, 5) 6 speed engine for improved gas mileage; 6) a fuel usage meter to tell you how many miles you have available. However, they would have to keep the current price in line. I think the EX-L is about $2-3K higher than it should be with the current features. If all these features were included now, I would have no problem with the cost of the vehicle. It's odd though, I understand that Honda actually purchased several Venza's for study and comparison - they had to see the convenience of push button start and power lift gate and they knew the Venza's fuel economy was better and they had a 4 cyl option. In addition, people griped about the Venza grill - duh... They had the perfect test vehicle in that segment to make the right changes out of the gate. I wonder why they didn't. I'm sure subsequent versions will improve, but why not just do it right out if the gate? The dealer told me that Honda was concerned about electrical problems that may surface with push button start. However, that's absurd, the Acura division has the technology and auto lift gate technology isn't rocket science. Lastly, why didn't the CT get the SH-All Wheel Drive system from Acura? Probably cheaper to have the current system and I guess they want you to look at the ZDX.
