How do I open up the fuel door to fill my CT up with gas?

The gas door will remain unlocked for a certain amount of time (10min?) after the vehicle is initially locked, to allow one to fuel up after locking the doors at a gas station. (So don't be confused when the gas door doesn't lock immediately.)

If you ever have a problem with the lock actuator on the fuel door, there is an access panel inside of the cargo area that will allow you to manually operate the lock plunger.

The directions are in the owner's manual.

What everyone has mention is correct on how to open the gas tank door. But funny, or is this a problem? I can unlock my doors and the gas tank pops open. Is that a problem? I had Honda to work on my tank door because I thought it was protruding out too much. Not flush with the car body. They fixed it but I think due to me going to the Power Car wash, it causes the gas tank door to protrude... does anyone think this as well? But yes, I can unlock my door, and sometimes the gas door pops open as well
