Galaxy S3 wont Pair with bluetooth in CT

I own a 2012 CT EX V6 wife got the S3 and it wont pair up with the CT.
We have tried everything to get the phone to pair but the car cant find it. And the phone cant find the car. Do I need sometype of software upgarde?

On another note how does your wife like the S3? Been thinking of upgrading my 3 year old not so smart phone

She likes it alot. The bigger screen and all the crazy things you can do with it. She always makes fun of my little iphone 4s.......lol
