DVD player is located next to the main storage compartment. There is a small cover to the right of the main storage compartment. It has a small black tab sticking up for removing it. There is a DVD sticker on it. I couldn't get the door open and I didn't have my keys which suspects me to believe that the ignition might have to be on to use the DVD.

Good luck.
Correct, ignition need to be on and first you open the door then once in there is another small button that ejects the DVD.
It's the real disc, it's installed and it works perfectly.
I think I bought the same disc on ebay that you did. It doesn't come with a "license key". Does the system ask for any kind of numbers when you install it? I haven't tried mine yet, just got it today.
I ended up buying a cracked copy of both the Grey/White v4.B1 discs for $40. They installed and work fine in my 2012 CT. There's a trick to get the software to update, but it's very easy to do. There's no way I'm willing to shell out $180 plus shipping for navigation updates.
