2010 CT EX-L Nav- Brushed Metal 24k miles approx

Hey everyone-
I have a problem where I'll be driving along with either the nav displayed or audio on the console and it will just turn off. Nav prompts will still work, audio still works - Just no visual display. If I turn the car off and then back on, it goes back to normal. Recently I took the car in and they replaced the entire nav system. I said thanks but I don't think that's what the problem is. Sure enough, two weeks later that "short" as I am calling it happened again. And again, turning car off and back on solves the problem.
Does anyone have a guess as to the issue? Honda thinks I have no idea what I am talking about.
Any help is appreciated!!

Turning the vehicle on and off didn't resolve the problem.

I went into the vehicle diagnostics screen and took screen caps of all the results.

Finally I ejected the navigation DVD and reinserted it, and the problem has not returned.

This all happened after my car had been sitting while I was at work.

This was last week and hasn't reappeared, but I thought I would share for the purpose of building up the forum.

So, I occasionally listen to the Pandora app through my iphone through the car...

But in order to make it work (plugged into the iPhone dock-connector/usb) I have to:

1) Make sure the pandora app is closed on my phone.
2) Plug phone in
3) Go to AUX/Iphone and begin playing all songs. (1500 or so)
4) Turn on Pandora app
5) Not touch anything.

If I rate a song up or down, or skip a song or anything, the car radio freaks out and says "Unsupported Device". I then have to unplug the phone and start over.

So, my question is: Does their exist, or is there any plan to have, a firmware upgrade for the Crosstour radio so it will play nice with 3rd party music apps on the phone?

*I understand I can plug in just the aux mini audio cable, but I would much rather plug in the dock connector so it will charge the phone as well, and I wont have to constantly switch cables over when I do decide to listen to the music stored on my phone.

I am going to Cape Cod and was looking into getting an oversand permit for my AWD 2010 Crosstour. It basically allows you to drive your car over soft deep beach sand roads. My car handles the snow wonderfully but Im not so sure how it will do in the sand. Has anyone done any of this kind of driving? They make you deflate your tires to 15psi to drive on the sand.
